We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Steven was our friend first and our realtor second, which made this entire experience even more special. He helped us sell our home and purchase our new one, and he was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge, honesty, patience, humor and genuine care made the process so much easier. He always had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. At the end of the day, he didn't just help us with buying and selling a house — he helped us through a huge chapter of our lives as a friend who truly feels like family. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us and feel so blessed to have him in our lives. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Buy a house from a man that knows your home! Mr. Steven Holliday has came into my life. Him and the rest of my team made my process so much easier. He kept me calm and he made sure I got everything I wanted and more words cannot express how much he had blessed me with my 1st house. Also made sure I was always talking to the right people to get me what I needed. You have gave me a team that I can depend on and I will always be grateful. The man that kept texting me, the man that was concerned about me. He looked out for me and my family. His favorite words was don't worry, I got you, we're gonna get it taken care of and we're gonna put you in your home. He gave me hope, he gave me faith to believe that everything will work out!

My husband and I met Steven when we were looking for a lake house. We began looking at homes in 3 places and Steven then drove many miles to find us a house in Apple Valley, and met us several times to choose the right one. Steven helped us with the decision to purchase, without knowing that he might not be compensated. But because of who Steven is, we created a strong lovely relationship. I'm Mom to him and my husband, Dave, is known as Dad. We are so blessed to have met Steven. He is knowledgeable and can fix misunderstandings to keep the ball rolling. So here we are! We have our new home in Apple Valley and wouldn't have it without his abilities. He's a fixer! Thank you again son!!!

Beyond grateful for an amazing first-time home buying experience. Working with Steven Holliday to buy my first house was an absolute dream. From day one, he went completely above and beyond his job duties to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Steven's communication is exceptional; he was always available to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process so I genuinely understood everything. What truly sets Steven apart, though, is his heart. He remembered every small detail we mentioned, and he made a point to include my kids in the experience, making them feel special and part of the journey too. He made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. I am beyond happy with his work and cannot recommend Steven enough to anyone looking to buy a home!

Mr. Holliday is a great realtor. We went and looked at plenty of homes. Took time away from his family to help me find my first home. Helped me through entire process even if it means making personal sacrifices for himself. I would definitely use Mr. Holliday when I get my next home.

Steven is a class act! He will go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of! The selling of our house was tough at times, but Steven was there to support us and give us the guidance we needed along the way! Steven was always straight with me and knew the best course of action to take when we listed our home. I procrastinated on removing all of our furniture and household clutter from the home. He explained that it needed to be gone so that the potential buyers could see what the house had to offer. I'm glad I listened to him; it made the whole process a lot less stressful! I'm glad I chose to work with Steven on selling my home! Highly recommend his expertise!

We have worked with Steven on three transactions, selling two of our homes and purchasing our new one, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Steven is professional, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail. He goes above and beyond at every turn and, most importantly, he truly cares about his clients. You can feel that in every interaction. If you're looking for a realtor who will treat your home sale or purchase like it's his own, Steven is your person. We wouldn't work with anyone else!

First time home buyer, I'm very much the type to want to understand everything going on. He was super awesome, very helpful. Explained everything and was willing to go see houses even on very short notice. For me with my schedule and my boys it was very helpful and was genuinely a fun time hanging out with him. My boys loved him and had a great time too. All in all I highly recommend him with his knowledge of houses, his kind personality and his genuine passion to help families or individuals get what they want or need. Thanks again Steven!
